1. Shipping Locations

• Domestic: All regions across India.
• International: Not available at this time.

2. Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days for most regions.
• Express Shipping: Expedited delivery within 2–3 business days. Additional charges apply.
• Free Shipping: Available for all orders across India.

3. Processing Time

• For products in stock, orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
• For products in transit to our warehouses, orders will be processed and handed to delivery partners within 3–4 days.
• For products on back-order, shipping is on a first-come, first-served basis as stock becomes available.
• For pre-order products, shipping will occur on or before the promised date. Customers will be notified in advance of any manufacturer delays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

• Products under 5 kg: Shipped via air. Delivery within 2–3 working days, excluding technical delays or natural calamities.
• Products over 10 kg: Shipped via surface. Delivery within 5–7 working days, excluding unforeseen delays.

Expedited surface shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.
