1. It is hereby informed that “Tanisi Info Solutions Private Limited” (www.microcenterindia.com) is a marketing and distribution company and is not a manufacturer.
2. Our responsibility ceases the moment goods leave our warehouse.
3. We provide proper GST invoices against all products. If your company’s GST number is needed on the invoice, please mention it in the comment box while placing your order and upload a copy of your GST certificate.
4. Materials sold are spares and components of computers and do not form a complete system unless explicitly specified as a “New PC System.”
5. For special usage in abnormal environments (other than normal usage), customers must inform us at the time of purchase, else warranty may be void.
6. Customers must record an unboxing video of the received product. Transit damage claims will be accepted only with this video as proof.
7. Physical damage, mishandling, or tampering with warranty stickers voids the warranty. Installation should be performed by a certified PC hardware engineer.
8. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.
9. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.

Warranty & RMA Terms

1. All products are covered under carry-in warranty only. RMA shipping charges must be borne by the buyer (outside policy window).
2. On-site warranty depends on brand coverage. If your area is not covered, carry-in warranty applies.
3. RMA shipping does not include transit insurance. We are not liable for shipping damages.
4. Warranty is provided by the manufacturer/distributor. Contact us for assistance if needed.
5. A copy of the original invoice is required for all warranty claims.
6. Products must be in good physical condition for warranty processing.
7. Warranty is void in cases of mishandling, burnt/damaged components, tampered stickers, etc.
8. Service timelines depend on the manufacturer and are not the responsibility of Tanisi Info Solutions.
9. Warranty covers only manufacturing defects. Damages due to power surges or misuse are excluded.
10. Repair or replacement is subject to the brand’s warranty policy.
11. Warranty service is applicable only if full payment is completed on time.
12. This RMA support is a goodwill service and may be discontinued without notice.
